Recently, I've added IBMA estimators for most of the PyMARE estimators. The only one I haven't done is StanMetaRegression.

Given the difficulties I've been having with PyStan in PyMARE (see neurostuff/PyMARE#67) and the lack of requests for an estimator in NiMARE, I'm going to close this.
