As intended the website should have a component that should be draggable across the browser window. Elmar already implemented this but there are some bugs. So either the bugs in Elmar's solution must be fixed or we need to find an entirely different solution.

It doesn't look good yet but its working (with all the quirks of the original window elmar designed)
