Dashboard configuration is cleared on every login #208

If you log in as guest and dismiss the install prompt, the current dashboard configuration is written to storage. If you then log out and log in using your account, you will only see the functionality that is available to guests. The additional functionality can only be restored by going into the dashboard settings and resetting the dashboard.

Kind of fixed in 509a076 (but it could be done better).
