Add app version deprecation resolver

Sometimes it can be useful to mark old app version as outdated and ask the user to update the app.
I suggest to distinguish between two variants:
(1) Just a dismissible prompt and (2) a fullscreen banner that inevitably leads to the App / Play Store.
