Import RAML from URL

Currently, the API designer is only able to import files from a ZIP or Swagger Spec. To further enhance usability, it would be nice to also be able to import a RAML from a URL.

Notes: Guess includes will be difficult to handle in these scenarios. Maybe an export via email, or sharing with someone could also be a good option.
