Describe the bug
After installing Window 11 24H2 on a client device, Moonlight would no longer connect and gave a RTSP handshake 10054 error. Other Windows 11 clients without the 24H2 update could stream fine.

After rolling back 24H2 streaming starting to work again without the error.

Moonlight settings (please complete the following information)
4K 120fps 500Mbps on a mixture of devices with either a 10G or 2.5G port

Client PC details (please complete the following information)

  • OS: Windows 11 24H2
  • Moonlight Version: v6.1.0
  • GPU: AMD 780M

Server PC details (please complete the following information)

  • OS: Windows 11 23H2
  • Sunshine 23.1
  • GPU: Nvidia 4090
  • GPU driver: 566.14

Additional context
Whilst searching I did find a similar issue with networking (although about server side) here:
https://www.reddit.com/r/MoonlightStreaming/comments/1ftxcyi/moonlight_webui_not_available_after_startup_post/
The suggested fix didn't work.

After updating my client pc to Windows 11 24H2 this morning, when I try to connect to the server pc it crashes windows on the client. I will attempt a gpu driver update on the server pc within the next couple days and see if any change. I will also try a rollback on the client pc if no change after server gpu driver update.

I have the same Client PC configuration:

OS: Windows 11 24H2
Moonlight Version: v6.1.0
GPU: AMD 780M

I have a similar Server PC configuration:

OS: Windows 11 23H2
Sunshine 23.1
GPU: Nvidia 3080ti
GPU driver: 566.14

-- Follow up -- The server PC GPU driver update (566.16) did not stop Windows from crashing on the client. Rolling back the Windows 11 24H2 update on the client fixed the problem and everything works as expected.
