"CRLF will be replaced by LF" en los archivos de Paracuellos

Al subir los archivos de Paracuellos del Jarama 2014 (e21020e) me dio este error:

Creo que tiene que ver con que los archivos que preparó @electroduende21 vienen de windows y tienen el salto de línea diferente.
