Help ! How to set up SEO : google search console

Hi,

I am trying to set up my blog on Google Search Console and from my understanding of the documentation, I have just to add google_site_verification: "MyVeRifIcAtIoNcOdE" in the config.yml file. And I have find my code on this page :

And it has been more than a week that I am trying to validate my website but I always have this error (it is in french but basically it says that it fails to find the validation token in the TXT file of my domain) :

Am I missing something ? Do I have to wait more ?

(my website is hosted by github-pages and is public, I have commited and pushed all modifications ...)
