Tags and Categories at the end of a post

Hello,

I've started to use the theme a couple days ago and I've been trying to find a way of having the post tags and categories at the bottom end of the post. I've seen it implemented in some websites that use the theme and also in the examples available here. I suppose it is something that must be added in the YAML Front Matter as it is for publication date with show_date: true but I still have not managed to do it.
