I got 'Unable to find suitable offer' error when call API 'enrolReferrerWithMentionmeCustomerRequest:situation:success:failure:noResponse'.

Already setup PartnerCode in Appdelegate - finish launch. Enable network debug, demo = false and get this output.
Do I miss something?
