No Controller HotSwapping

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Unplug gamepad from usb slot on your pc while playing a game in snes9x

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When plugging the controller back into the usb slot, you should be able to 
resume gameplay. Instead you cannot and you are forced to reset the emulator so 
that the gamepad can initialize again.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Snes9x 1.53 ~ Windows 7 Home Premium
