This one may be a bit complicated, but it could be a pretty useful feature.
The ability to automatically group tabs based on TLD and/or regular expressions would be huge.
It could be a setting where subsequent opened tabs automagically get opened under the correct tree. It could also be a task where the tree itself is re-organized with each first level tab representing a TLD.
Example: A user has 8 tabs open in stackexchange.com (as one does). Some are open from Monday. Some are open from Friday. Now they want to clean up. Selecting a tab and running a "Group By TLD" task to help consolidate things would save a lot of clicking and dragging.
