Expected behaviour

Mate-dictionary's text box containing the definition of a word looked up should appear below a top panel and above a bottom panel. Should appear to right of left panel, to left of right panel

Actual behaviour

text box renders below a bottom panel, confirmable by putting the applet on the upper of TWO bottom panels In that case, the beginning of the text box will render over the lower of two bottom panels, with the rest offscreen. Test box renders starting even with the left edge of a right panel and to right of there, mostly offscreen. Thus we need to reverse the direction this popup text box appears on bottom and right panels

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

Put the dictionary applet on a bottom panel or a right panel and try to look up a word. On a normal single bottom panel you will see nothing, on a normal right panel you will see the cut-off beginnings of the definition box
