Thanks for the suggestion. Wasn't something that was on my list, but it definitely seems possible: RISC-V Geekbench 5/6 releases available as well as RISC-V musl toolchains to easily cross-compile iperf3 and fio. Going to keep this issue open and likely implement at some point in the future.

I have a working build of iperf3 that I tested against a RISC-V machine through Scaleway. I am unable to get the static fio binary working -- keeps seg faulting when the connection is established with the iperf server. Continuing to debug, but that is the only hold up at this point.
