Requested feature:

It would be awesome if z tilt showed up on the Toolhead dashboard if you are using [z_tilt_ng]

Solves the following problem:

If you are using [z_tilt_ng] instead of [z_tilt], the z-tilt button and its functionality on the Toolhead page disappear.
