Hello,

Similarly to issue #59, I downloaded samples: 'MISC130', 'MISC129', 'MISC128' and the fetched plots stored in spatial plots seems to be wrong.

Hi @loicchadoutaud ,
Thank you for the feedback. You’re right, it seems that the H&E doesn’t match the ST for MISC128 and MISC129. We’ll work on correcting those shortly
