Cannot install extension

I cannot install the extension.
It does not appear in VS Manage Extensions.
I've downloaded the vsix file, but when executing it gives the attached error.
I am using Visual Studio 2019.
Please help me install it.

@IonescuRazvan56 Although it isn't stated here in the GitHub repository, the Marketplace entry for Rainbow Braces (see https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=MadsKristensen.RainbowBraces) states that it is only available for Visual Studio 2022.
