Unable to change player size when streaming is available.

When offline the player size is the same as defined in the settings page. But when streaming, player size is automatically set to 640px x 360px.
Any way to fix this?

I have this problem too. For some reason, the <iframe> is always using width="640" and height="360" in the HTML, even though I've set the "Default Player Settings" to 720 x 405 in the plugin settings.
