Video broadcast freezes on receiving end.

Description

Using our program learnmax, when students join the live session, the presenters video freezes. This is present in the latest firefox version.
The video streams work fine up to firefox latest ESR version 78.12.0esr (64-bit) that was released on July 13. The issue lies within
the standard version of firefox.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Created a live session that presenters & students may join
2. Both parties videos turn on.

Receiving end of live session video freezes.

Video should not freeze.
