How to connect runtime to cluster? #2262
-
Hello, I am building out a library for use in a cluster (using libcluster) and running multiple instances of the example app locally with the ❯ sh/nb.sh
[Livebook] Application running at http://localhost:8080/
18:45:48.555 [error] ** Connection attempt from node :"test-6227@mint" rejected. Invalid challenge reply. **
18:45:48.568 [warning] 'global' at :livebook_stwwlyhc@mint failed to connect to :"test-6227@mint" Any help or tips would be appreciated! Thank you |

You said you have a cluster, does it fail to connect to the exact name you specified to Livebook or some additional name that is also in the cluster? For example, are you connecting to test-1234@mint and then test-4321@mint is the one complaining? Does this happen if you use Livebook main? |

I think this is #2106, which is indeed fixed on main :)
A new Livebook release is coming next week, but you can install from main, see the readme. For escript installation you can point to GitHub, for docker there is an :edge image, for desktop we have nightly builds :)
