Neuters switching instance results in 404 due to missing forward slash

Issue: When switching Neuters instances, the URL has its trailing slash / removed, which results in a 404.

How to reproduce:

1. open a Reuters link from somewhere.
2. It redirects to one instance.
3. Click on "Switch Instance" in the extension menu, and it will redirect and result in a 404.
4. You can manually add a trailing slash to the URL and it will load fine.

As of our knowledge, reuters.com/investigates isn't supported yet. Is it that URL ?
