[Feature Request] Add support for custom twitch applications

Currently this tweak only supports the twitch app itself, I liked to see support for an application like Chatsen or Frosty.

Without getting into too much detail, the Twitch player in those apps are both running through WKWebView (essentially just a WebKit browser window.) WebKit's userscript implementation doesn't allow running userscripts before the page loads so scripts like TwitchAdSolutions won't work. There are probably ways around this that I haven't thought of yet, maybe in time I'll figure it out. Safari on macOS has the same issue if any JavaScript devs want to help me out :)
