Fully functioning? Error while enabling app

Did you ever get this concept to work out? I love the idea, but am having n00b issues that are hard to distinguish from possible bugs and 2 new applications..

I've got the "Error while enabling app" message when I try to enable the Dokuwiki app on ownCloud & in Dokuwiki when the ownCloud plugin is active Dokuwiki seems to be broken.

I am having the exact same problem.

I suppose I should have mentioned. I am using owncloud version 5.0.10

the capable techs at two of my hosting site fixed the problem quickly.
Primarily it seemed a problem finding the proper php or pear packages.
Someone had suggested to introduce a php.ini file in the root directory of
the program in question

tech support added this to my .htaccess file

Use PHP5.3 as default

AddHandler application/x-httpd-php53 .php

and here is one found in another directory .htaccess

AddHandler application/x-httpd-php53 .php .php5 .php4 .php3

I got my hands on a very detailed php.ini file - but I think the simple
lines above did the job

That failed to do the trick. :( Which host can I sign up with for this excellent service.

I'm on PHP Version 5.3.3-7+squeeze16 could this be the issue?

Bluehost.com is one

Also Siteground.com

If you point out the problem to your host the should have no problem fixing
your access to the lastest php packages
