Hi,

if I try the following test:

\RequirePackage{pdfmanagement-testphase}
\DeclareDocumentMetadata{uncompress,
    lang=it-IT,
    pdfversion=1.5,
    testphase={phase-III,math,title,table,firstaid}
}
\RequirePackage{expl3}

\documentclass[12pt]{article}
\usepackage{l3pdffield-testphase}
\begin{document}
\ExplSyntaxOn
\pdffield_textfield:n {name={test,2}}
\ExplSyntaxOff
\end{document}

I get:

! LaTeX Error: The key 'pdffield/2)' is unknown and is being ignored.

For immediate help type H <return>.
 ...

l.14 \pdffield_textfield:n {name={test,2}}

?
! Emergency stop.
 ...

l.14 \pdffield_textfield:n {name={test,2}}

I think that the problem is in: l3pdffield-textfield.dtx:516, the value of the "parent" key should be between braces:

    \keys_set:nn {pdffield}{parent={@@/textfield/#1}}

Thanks,
Luca

I'm not sure if names with commas are a good idea, but I fixed that in dev (also in the other modules).

N.B: in a current LaTeX you should use this syntax:

\DocumentMetadata{%uncompress,  %only when debugging
    lang=it-IT,
    pdfversion=1.5,
    testphase={phase-III,math,title,table,firstaid}
}

\documentclass[12pt]{article}

And I would suggest to use pdfversion=2.0 or at least 1.7.
