Add user_data fields to Modifiers, SesnorGrids, and Views

We just finished implementing user_data on many of the honeybee-energy objects and we should plan to do the same here. I imagine a lot of cases where people would want to keep track of additional properties (eg. manufacturer data associated with a certain modifier).
