Content type schema gives Authorization required

If content type schema doesn't exist (but f.e. is still in the state) it gives:

{ "errors": [ { "message": "Authorization required." } ] }

Either the error message has to be more clear or (probably) consider it as non existant

@demeyerthom we haven't seen this in a while but the issue probably is still there. Hard to repro as it requires amplience.
