Thank you. I followed the link in README. It directs to another repo which contains many description files of iiwa product. |
If you have a specific question I can try to answer but the best is probably to get in touch with people at ETZH who initially created this file.

What I was curious about was the file identified by ETHZ, e.g. iiwa14_ETHZ.xacro <https://github.com/kuka-isir/iiwa_description/blob/master/urdf/iiwa14_ETHZ.xacro>
