Create Experiment notification display and flow fixing

Problem Faced:
After create experiment button is clicked the notification is shown but its up on top of the screen, which can be easily missed by the user. Also after the notification there is no clear indication on what next can the user navigate to on the ui.

Expectations / Delivery Requirements:
The create exp notification should be in a decent space in the page so that is visible to the user indicating something has been done on the backend (some action/api call is triggered) and then notification should have a OK button that takes u to the Experiments page, where user can take a look on all the created experiments and recommendations
