Bar Chart shifting (in multi chart )

I want to report an issue with the Bar chart in Angular 2 , there is always a shifting between numbers and the position of the bar, happens when multi chart is used,
And Actually this issue happens in the official site of the tool ! check the screenshot from the official website

so is there a solution to this issue ?
