Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently Kitodo.Production does support Java 11 and Tomcat 9. These are not yet EOL, but to make Kitodo.Production more future-prooven newer versions of Java and Tomcat have to be made compatible.

Describe the solution you'd like
Kitodo.Production has to be updated to be compatible with Java 17 and Tomcat 10 while retaining all existing functionalities.
