Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I'm always frustrated when I need multiple tools to manage my clusters,
and when using Calico as CNI, I need to use calicoctl to manage ressources,
and can't use the native kubectl approach, or helm.

Describe the solution you would like

I would like to see the calico api server (https://docs.tigera.io/calico/latest/operations/install-apiserver) installed automatically,
if I set my CNI to calico, so that I can use the normal kubectl/helm workflow to configure ressources.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I do not believe alternative approaches exist to achieve the functionality.
