I am using this code on an Arduino board with a connected microphone sensor. My threshold is down to 100 (so as to get it responsive enough to sound picked up by the mic). When I start, my ambient sound coming from my mic is around 87. When I test the mic with music or any noise, the LEDs react as they should for a second or two, and then go full-on, and my ambient sound coming from my mic stays steady at around 127, even with no noise or sound in the room.
