No Squint and No Script do not play well together

Up until recently No Squint and No Script have worked will together. But it seem like that has changed. I have changed the background color to ease eye strain. However when the page to the site is loaded the color does not load automatically it stays as the original site color but if I reload the page the site changes to my desired color.

I have tested this out a number of time and get the same results. This was done by disabling all extensions and restarting Firefox one at a time until the problem showed up.
I have another site that uses the same color and it does not have a problem changing the color.
The problem site is Reddit.
