Pressing buttons instead of Shift-buttons for text zoom

Make the default action for the buttons + and - scale just the text, and with Shift – scale all or others than text. The Nosquint i thought is for zooming the text, that's the reason to install it on top of the built-in zoom.
Anyway let it be choosable. For the toolbar buttons, the wheel; and which modifiers to use except Shifts. Also 3 separate actions – include scale otherthantext.
