Pass local information up to the API

For record keeping and the like, we should pass more data up to the API via custom http headers.
As I see it, the highest priorities are:

• version of the conch lib
  • so the API can reject old clients if needed be)
• the command line executed by the user
  • the APi obviously has logs of what urls were called but there's no way to distinguish the use of conch device :id and conch api get /device/:id. It'd be super useful for us to know that.
