Usage: kosh room ALIAS COMMAND [arg...]

Until v3.0.0-b2, the only way of getting info about a specific room was by id, so forcing lookup by alias seems backwards (presumably all rooms were being fetched and then a scan done to find the right alias?) As of joyent/conch-api#940, it is now possible to query for a room by id or alias, so api hits can be much more efficient.

kosh room 75c0494a-fbf8-4949-88e0-dea18dfaf272 get does work, as the argument type is not validated, and the api endpoint is the same, but it would be nice for this to be documented.

(similarly, racks can be referenced in a variety of ways too now.)
