missing isinf #10

For ubuntu linux compilation in
src/saga_core/saga_gui/wksp_map_layer.cpp
I get an error about the missing definition of isinf.

After some checks I added to the file the definition portion:

#ifdef _SAGA_MSW
#define isinf(x) (!_finite(x))
#else
#define isinf(x) (!finite(x))
#endif

After that it compiles. Not sure if instead me.h should be included.
