Work with multiple response types

I'm struggling to select a different response type different from the default one.
My backend OpenAPI schema is like this:

            application/ld+json:
              schema:
                $ref: '#/components/schemas/GeneralSettings.jsonld'
            application/json:
              schema:
                $ref: '#/components/schemas/GeneralSettings'

                $ref: '#/components/schemas/GeneralSettings'

I didn't understand how to correctly select a different type using the $myApi method.
Is also possible to choose it as default for all the requests at runtime? (I don't have to set in in nuxt.config.ts)

What am I missing? Thanks in advance.
