Horizontal scroll bar does not work #32

Mouse grabs page rather than horizontal scroll bar. This issue does not seem to occur on the vertical scroll bar. Using latest version of Chrome, and Windows 7, on a laptop.

It actually appears the issue also occurs on the vertical scroll bar, but only when the page is wider than the window and thus is horizontally scrollable.

I also have this problem, and my experience is different from crharms because the vertical does work when the horizontal does not.
