Can't set root record

I've been trying to set an A record for the root domain. Setting A records for named hosts seems to work great, but when trying to set the root it just never seems to change.

the section of the config in question:

• domain: mydomain.tld
  host:
  ipv4: true
  credentials: prod

for host I've tried leaving it blank and setting the host to @ but neither seems to change it.

Hey could you please post some logs and state the version you are using?
Also, please try completely removing the host setting.
