This work entails going through the examples and looking for instances of spstat: that aren't real values in the CV, and deciding what to do with them.

BQ: Something is in the samples that's not in the formal scheme. Take a look.

I think the only remaining problems are spstat:score and spstat:eventOutcome which are now covered in #206 so I'll close this.
