Q4 Project Comms Plan

Coming out of our Q4 OKRs presentations, a key take away is we have a ton of launches coming up this quarter! To help keep track of the associated project communications, I created this Q4 Comms Plan which tracks all the announcements involved in landing our features and improvements with the community. Next steps are to fill in estimate dates and clarify owners for all of these - and then check in on this regularly in cross-team meetings to ensure we're tracking our progress against our goals.
