Node dashboard (and API?) down while syncing as an access node

Describe the bug

While setting up an access node I always experienced issues with the node dashboard going down ("Node is offline" in Dashboard). I once tried to use the API at that point and it didn't work. So I guess the actual issue is the API being down.

To Reproduce

1. Setup access node
2. After you added access peers the dashboard seems to not be accessible anymore.

Expected behavior

API and dashoard should be online all the time

Network and versioning

• Type of L1 network: Shimmer
• Type of Wasp chain: ShimmerEVM
• Interaction method: Wasp API, Dashboard
• Interaction software: API
• Version of Wasp: Tested with everything >= 1.1
