[bug]: Cant Install v5.5.0 #7477

What happened

i tried to update from the latest version prior v.5.50, I was having python 3.12, uninstalled it as recommended and installed 3.11.9>
I was working with 3.12 before and everything was working fine, (installing - updating - executing) invokeai without any problem.

i deleted all files of invokeai on D: and tried a new installation, same thing

with the new installed it halt on

`Starting up...

  • Install Location: D:\invokeai
  • GPU type: nvidia<30xx
  • Platform: cuda`

What you expected to happen

upgrading to 5.5.0

This happens with me too, Its stuck on the "Starting..." screen

Mine was stuck on starting for over an hour. I gave up. The old version worked just fine. Wish I hadn't deleted it now.

i solved the issue by going to windows defender > virus & threat protection > manage settings
and disabled the (Real time protection).
after installing i re-enable it and everything worked fine.

As noted by @psychedelicious in launcher #9, the 1.1 installer should perform better.
