Subliminal has no convenient way to handle accessibility child or parent elements

Subliminal can't easily interact with child elements inside a UITableViewCell (not if the element is the same name in each cell). This is pretty frustrating for apps heavy with table views. This also applies to navigation bars, collection view cells, and other similar accessibility containers.
