CLI: Add estimate for final file size

It would be cool to let the rich.progress.Progress bar predict the final file size.

I am one is usually to lazy to calculate this in advance, but it is useful to know.

Implementing this is a bit tricky, since the Progress bar component has to monitor the size of the file that is created. It cannot use the normal way how the progress bar tracks progress.
