This PR used the migration script to upgrade the extension to support jupyterlab 4.x: https://jupyterlab.readthedocs.io/en/stable/extension/extension_migration.html

Now available on pypi: https://pypi.org/project/imjoy-jupyterlab-extension/

I cannot find a recent version of ImJoy on pypi which includes JupyterLab 4 support. The latest version available there is 0.1.13, which is from April 29th 2022.

@jhgoebbert the latest version is 0.2.6, released April 4th, 2024:

0.2.* has JupyterLab 4 support.
