Trigger collection CI

Hi @FynnBe How do we trigger the collection CI here to tell it to rebuild if anything changed here?

if https://github.com/imjoy-team/bioimage-io-models/blob/master/manifest.bioimage.io.yaml has changed this partner collection will be updated on the next main ci run in the collection repo. if you want to force an update without changes to the manifest (aka partner collection) then deleting this partner collection's hash has the same effect. like so: bioimage-io/collection-bioimage-io@2291466

finally trigger the collection main ci here: and then you get a manually triggered run
