where is the actual spec?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navigate to https://code.google.com/p/comicbookinfo/wiki/Spec_1_0
2. Experience a 404 because there is no specification

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would have expected there to be a specification, detailing what are the 
accepted keys (and their meanings) under the "ComicBookInfo/1.0" object. The 
Example page lists some, the Issues contain references to others.

Please provide any additional information below.

I wonder if I have misunderstood the objective of this project.
