If you add a task list called "Completed" and assign a current task into that task list. It then goes to the Completed Folder and completely removes all the contents from the task and just add's a task called Completed. If you click edit it will give you the style Options (colour picker).

  1. When a job is completed, and the task is not a scheduled task it will not show up with the below.

Shouldn't all task's that are completed in any task group show up in Completed Tasks?

Ideas

  1. You should be able to archive Completed tasks and be able to review them in the future
  2. All Tasks that are currently being worked on, to show the user who is currently working on the task be shown on the Dashboard. The state of the task should be changed to "Working on by : (User) , So you know if the task is actually being worked on right now? Give the option for people to work on a task or to stop working on a task with all notification updated on humhub dashboard.
  3. Be able to export New/Current/Completed Tasks to a pdf export with all information.
  4. Be able to change the name "Tasks" to anything. Eg. Things to do, Jobs, Service Tasks
  5. Check points - Able to Schedule Times/Dates on Checkpoints and not only the complete task.
  6. Working on Checkpoints - Show whos currently working on a checkpoint. Let someone check in to a checkpoint
  7. Assign a checkpoint to a person and not just a complete task

Thanks guys, Brilliant work so far!
